Nice spacious villa with great location
7.0Good location, if you are going to rent a car it’s going to be 4 minutes the closest shop and 9 mins by the seaside which is not bad at all but without car will be very challenging. The yard is huge, the pool is nice and the size of it is decent and also the all villa is spacious.
− They need to do some renovations because clearly has not been done for ages. You have 3 rooms and also 3 beds, all of them were twin beds which makes it uncomfortable to sleep with your partner because they are splitting constantly. Also they need to massively invest in doors, all of them are terrible and also squeaking, definitely they need to change the doors and also the beds. An another big minus is the ping pong table, due to the fact that sits outside at all times and have many years of using, is not playable anymore at all. Therefore I don’t see the point of having a picture with it to be fair. Apart of that we really had a good time but as I said before with a minor renovation this villa will be amazing.
kinderfreundliche und zentrale Ruheoase😇
9.0Eine abgelegene und trotzdem zentrale Ruheoase❤️ Mit dem Auto ist man in 5min beim Supermarkt und Innenstadt von Porto Cristo , in ca. 10-15 min Cala Millior- Auto muss man haben!! Viel Platz vor und im Hof zu parken! Zum Haus selber: Eines ehr sauberes gute aufgeteiltes , kinderfreundliches Haus (3 große Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein ausreichend großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche) Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächer und was mit Kindern vorteilhaft ist : eine Waschmaschine! Der Außenbereich und der Poolbereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Sehr vorteilhaft mit Kindern: es ist Kunstrasen um den Pool, kleines Spielhaus und Schaukel (was aber bei der Hitze Ende Juni nicht nutzbar war) 🙂 Super einfacher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, immer geantwortet und sehr schnell geholfen- einfach TOP 👍 Wir merken uns die Finca auf jeden Fall 💯
− An sich alles perfekt, es sind nur „Kleinigkeiten“ wie z.B fehlende Grillzange, im Außenbereich nur „volle Beleuchtung“ d.h. alle Lampen gehen an (Flutlicht was Abend Moskitos anlockt😅), für den Poolbereich nur ein Sonnenschirm , fehlende Klimaanlage im unteren Schlafzimmer oder Backofen (was aber alles ertragbar ist) !! Der Herd ist bissle überfordert wenn zu viel zeitgleich läuft wie z.B Klimaanlage , die Filteranlage vom Pool und die Waschmaschine - dann ging leider nur 1 von 3 Herdplatten !!
