8.0Sehr nah an der Ostsee, nur wenige Schritte.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.Alles was man braucht,ist vorhanden.Gute Raumaufteilung ,schönes Duschbad.Sehr ruhige Lage.
− Da es ein Neubau ist,kann ich es nicht verstehen,das der Schallschutz zu der darüber liegenden Wohnung für mich nicht in Ordnung ist.Es kam wohl der Besitzer und hat wohl Möbel hin und her gerückt oder geschoben,was man sehr gut im Wohnzimmer hören konnte.Später Nachmittag. Daraufhin habe ich den Fernseher lauter gemacht. Normal ist das für ein Haus,was angeblich 2023 Erstbezug war,nicht in Ordnung.
