9.0The room was spacious and cozy as depicted on the pictures. You have a nice view of the ocean. It is located centrally, just a 15 minute walk to the centre and two minutes to the beach. There are also several supermarkets nearby and the bus stop (NR. 5) is also within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very nice and helpful if we needed something.
− The sunbeds are not included as it seems on Booking. They are on a grass pit, elevated above the beach and cost 10€ a day (2 beds and an umbrella). On the beach you also can rent sunbeds. There is no reception directly at the property, you have to text them if you want to check in or need something.

10.0Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la această cazare. Locația este excelentă, la aproximativ 100 m de plaja Megali Ammos, iar un supermarket se află la doar 150 m, ceea ce este foarte convenabil. Am stat la etajul 2 și am avut o priveliște superbă către mare. Din câte am observat, toate camerele beneficiază de vedere la mare. Pentru cei care închiriază o mașină, există o parcare la aproximativ 50 m de proprietate. Curățenia a fost foarte bine întreținută: gunoiul era ridicat zilnic, iar lenjeria de pat a fost schimbată la fiecare 3 zile. Menajera a fost foarte amabilă și ne întreba de fiecare dată când ne întâlnea dacă dorim să facă curățenie în cameră. Chicineta este bine utilată și foarte practică pentru pregătirea meselor, iar aerul condiționat a funcționat foarte bine pe toată durata sejurului. Recomand cu drag această cazare și cu siguranță aș reveni!
− Ca aspecte mai puțin plăcute, conexiunea la internet a fost foarte slabă. În unele zile nu a funcționat deloc, ceea ce a fost destul de incomod. De asemenea, în fiecare zi se auzea zgomotul puternic al cicadelor din zona cu măslini din apropiere. Acesta este un sunet specific Greciei în timpul verii și, deși nu ține de proprietate, persoanele sensibile la zgomot ar trebui să știe acest lucru.
