4.0− We stayed at this property for nine days, and several aspects of the stay did not align with the facilities listed on Booking.com. The listing states that unlimited Wi-Fi is available. In reality, there was no Wi-Fi at all during our stay. This was particularly disappointing as the facilities list also mentions streaming services such as Netflix, which are not usable without an internet connection. When we raised this with the host, we were given a personal explanation rather than a resolution, and the issue was not addressed. The facilities list includes towels and linen. During our nine-day stay, the linen was changed once, on the sixth day. Fresh towels were provided twice, but only after we requested them. When we later requested fresh towels again, we were told to wash and hang the towels ourselves. However, upon arrival, no one showed us where the drying rack was, and this expectation was never communicated in advance. While we understand that this is a self-catering property, these arrangements should have been clearly explained upfront. Instead, key amenities required repeated requests, and concerns were handled in a dismissive rather than helpful manner. Overall, the issue was not the concept of self-catering, but the lack of transparency and inconsistency between what was advertised and what was actually provided. Future guests should be aware of this before booking.

10.0A wonderful fully functional and supplied apartment with a view of the mountains and tree lined property. Great bed and strong WIFI. The fireplace made it a very cozy experience. Great hosts!
