I love the location! Close to Plaza Cibeles, Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor. All kind of restaurants, coffee shops and tapa bars a few steps away. My balcony was great! So nice waking up And seeing the Gran Via amazing views. Our staff was great! So diligent, kind and smiling all the time. I will come back and stay longer!
