− The ugly: Rude management. One girl called tanya demanded money as if I was going to run away without paying. Horrible customer service from her. No property manager. No single point of contact for arriving guests. Very very haphazard. The bad: No reliable wifi. No cell phone coverage. Come only if you want to disconnect from population and also bring your own car. Calling a taxi is a hassle. Property states coonoor but is located 1hr away from coonoor in some remote place. The booking con listing started coonoor which is highly misleading. This is 22km from coonoor and 25km from ooty. Don't stay here if you come to sight see any popular attraction. Also senior citizens think twice The good: Dinner was good but breakfast was average. Room was spacious. Dining area was great. Overall cleanliness was maintained.
