Spacious, special and beautiful
10.0Luis, the host, is lovely and we really enjoyed staying at his beautiful relaxing spacious home. I did our washing and hung outside on a rack or could’ve used the dryer. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need but we had dinner in restaurants around the corner. We easily caught the bus to Manhattan from around the corner with instructions from Luis and we also asked a lovely local. I wanted a place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms that was close enough to Manhattan but found so much more with the loft apartment that’s so interesting and unique, it felt homely with lots of love.

10.0Apartment was great - plenty of space, well equipped and lovely decor. The host was very helpful, welcomed us on arrival, checked that we were getting on OK, was very easy to communicate with, had some great recommendations on where to eat and how to get into Manhattan, and was there when we checked out so everything went very smoothly. Location of the apartment is perfect - easy to get into Manhattan by bus or ferry, nice places to eat nearby, and amazing views of the Manhattan skyline from the local park which is just a few minutes walk away. Overall a great place to stay and we'd recommend it without hesitation.

10.0O espaço muito grande e confortável e espaçoso, a facilidade e rapidez de ir para New York, quase a inexistência de barulho à noite devido a localização é um ponto favorável, o Sr. Luís é muito simpático e prestável ( recebeu uma das nossas malas perdidas no aeroporto enquanto nós estávamos a passear em NYC e deu muitas dicas, sempre disponível ) , um dos melhores alojamentos que já estivemos. A localização da moradia encontra-se ao pé de zonas comerciais, restaurantes e supermercados onde as coisas são mais baratas e dá para poupar muito dinheiro.

10.0L’appartamento è molto bello e accogliente, dotato di tutti i servizi. Luis, il proprietario, è una persona squisita, disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati da lui due settimane e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa.
