Das Haus ein Traum, der See eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Länge.
7.0Das Haus ist wirklich top - sieht alles genau aus wie auf den Fotos: super gepflegt, gemütlich, wie neu, aber der See total Flop. Der Wasserstand ist ca. 1 1/2-2m zu niedrig. Der See ist komplett vermüllt und ich habe mir am 2. Tag den Fuß an einem Bootswrackteil aufgeschlitzt. Jeden Tag haben wir andere Dinge aus dem ca. 40 cm tiefen Wasser geborgen, durch das man lange waten musste um schwimmen zu können. Das Wasser riecht auch nicht besonders gut und es gab eine massive Mückenplage an zwei Tagen.
− Das die Bilder vom Steg & See leider komplett irreführend sind: es gibt kein Wasser unterhalb der Stufen, dort wächst Gras. Der Steg steht ungefähr zwei Meter über der Wasseroberfläche, die direkt darunter nur ca. 30-40 cm tief ist. Wir hatten Urlaub am Wasser gebucht um schwimmen zu können. Deshalb war das recht enttäuschend. Da hätten wir besser ein schönes Haus mit Pool in Norditalien gebucht und nicht so weit fahren müssen.

− Sehr viele Insekten / Mücken im Aussenbereich - War störend, wir haben deshalb den Aussenbereich nicht benutzt.
Excellent accommodation, good lake views
9.0The interior, the facilities and the view of the lake were all excellent. There is a windsurf club adjacent and the activities are entertaining. Good location bordering Umbria and southern Tuscanny.
− The garden and jetty facing the lake are good for enjoying the view but there is a public access across the property for people walking around the lake. So the lakeside is not truly private. The water is not for swimming in as it is quite green.

9.0Stunning views, beautiful house, well thought out, every facility and welcoming host who couldn’t do enough to help. The sunsets across the lake were truly spectacular.
− For us the technology was a bit challenging but worth it once we worked it out. 😂
