Nice and Cosy One Bed Flat on 2 floors with spiral stairs♡

The property, not good but the stay got good once out of the property visiting our daughter

The downstairs of the property was very nice and very well laid out. The kitchen was very well kitted out with all you would need as was the shower/toilet room. The sitting room also very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

− On entering the property we had to clime a very unsafe narrow spiral staircase, which was even more unsafe climbing down to the first floor rooms. From this floor we had to clime an extremely narrow staircase to the bedroom only to find very limited headroom Only to continually bump our heads whilst moving around. The staircase going down was treacherous and noticing a banister rod was missing which you told us was broken by a guest, was the guest trying to save a fall?. The worst was your comments to us having been asked How was our Stay, you clearly do not know this property you said we were the second person to raise issues with this property, but you did not tell us that prior to booking. We are extremely disappointed with your comments and service you need to know what properties are safe for customers going into.

Unfortunately there was no welcoming pack of tea or coffee etc.

− Amount of steep stairs to bedroom and spiral steep stairs on entrance, Totaly unsuitable for elderly or infirm people.

This really is a cosy one bed flat , with everything we needed for a lovely 2 day stay . It is clean , warm and comfortable and has a very useful kitchen area , ideal for rustling up an evening meal or breakfast. It is in a nice area and has many amenities close at hand , and it was good value for money . The host is a prompt communicator, and obviously takes great pride in their property. We would not hesitate to stay again when in the area and would certainly recommend it to others .
