4.0− From the ad I was unaware that this was a room in a house that was a shared residence. I also was not aware that the bathroom was shared. While the room was acceptable, there wasn't a reading chair except for a desk chair. The blinds did not completely block out the light because many were broken. Mike wasn't present and his roommates did not offer any information. I had to ask several questions about kitchen use, storage, etc. I wound up using my iphone hotspot as I never did learn the passcode. While a towel was provided, no wash cloth or hand towel were. The house did not feel very clean. I would not stay here again. At minimum, an orientation sheet should be left in the room with wi fi info, details on kitchen use and bathroom usage information. I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Solana Beach the night before. It was recently renovated. I had a private room and bath. Breakfast was included. The price was the same. I did pay an extra 15.00 for parking. If one is going to be in the hospitality business, it would benefit everyone if more detail is provided in advertising as well as once the guest checks in so they know what to expect.

1.0I thought they communicated well and then they showed their true nature. Liars.
− My reservation for sum reason said 1 person so i told the property in chat and was told its fine and see you soon. Upon arrival there were cameras in the common areas like the living room that is not any privacy at all and that isnt listed on top of when i checked the room out the walls were so thin i vould hear the persons phone vibrate through the wall. And its multiple guests with shared bathroom which is fine but the rooms touch. Then when i left wouldn't refund it saying i didnt inform them of the extra guest even when i didnt stay neway! Refused to refund Dont stay here, they lie to u and about u when theyre the ones falsely advertising.
Neither I or the Uber driver could locate the property could not get a hold of the property on calling ended up, renting
