Suficiente para passar alguns dias. Tem alguns utensílios de cozinha, máquinas de lavar roupa e loiça que deram jeito…

− Apartamento com o peso da idade: casas de banho com mau cheiro, cozinha antiga, louças sanitárias antigas. A precisar de obras de melhoramento. O apartamento é gerido por uma empresa. Check in um pouco impessoal… via-se que conheciam mal o imóvel.

The only positive aspects of the stay were the well-organized check-in process and the excellent location. Clear instructions for key collection were provided in advance, along with a video explaining how to get to the property and access it. The location was truly outstanding — the view from the terrace overlooking the runway was absolutely incredible. Additionally, on the last evening of our stay, we experienced a power outage. I contacted the property representative via WhatsApp, and a technician was called the same night, around 11:00 PM, who promptly resolved the issue. Unfortunately, these were essentially the only positive points of this accommodation.

− As for the downsides, the photos shown on the website are somewhat outdated. The apartment is already quite worn out, and the furniture is not in good condition. When we first entered the apartment, there was a very unpleasant smell. The wardrobes, in particular, had a strong musty odor of old furniture. There is also a significant amount of mold in the bathroom, especially between the tiles. In addition, the doors seem to drag a lot of dust, hair, and debris, which indicates that the cleaning standards need improvement. We also experienced issues with the electricity. While we were cooking, using the shower, running the boiler, and the washing machine at the same time, it caused a power outage, which required calling a technician. Another downside was related to housekeeping. We checked in on Monday, and on Thursday I was informed that on Friday they would come to change the bed linen and towels. I thanked them and only asked that they not come early in the morning, as we wanted to sleep in. They agreed; however, during our 9-day stay, no one ever came to replace the bed linen or towels.

Spacious apartment, very good location, close to shopping center, car rental. It is also very close to Mechico City beach where there are great restaurants. And the balcony on the second floor deserves a separate rating 🤗 Unreal views and an additional attraction watching the planes. This is unique!!!❤️
