Overall, enjoyable, but problems could’ve been addressed differently.
8.0Good location. Room was as described.
− On this occasion, the fridge in the small cupboard in the room was not working from day one. Whilst appreciating the current heatwave and having reported the fridge, no one made any effort to come and see what the problem was. We were offered water and I was given ice cubes when I requested, but there was still no where to keep the water cold. Whilst talking to a member of staff in the cafe about the problem, we were told that some of their fridges were broken aswell, which gave the impression that there was not much that could be done.

8.0Really nice rooms and decent bathrooms. It was nice to have some complimentary snacks, drinks and fruits. Really lovely, friendly staff in Fred’s deli downstairs, nice cafe :)
− It has very hot which is the weather’s fault! There were tower air coolers in the rooms which were a help
Really makes you feel like a part of the downtown community
10.0Witing walking distance of downtown. Nice room. The kids were loving their own space upstairs. And the room was cool even tough it was the hottest night in the UK and lack of AC.
− Figuring out the parking. But the owner gave me a map which was very helpful

− Nothing I didn't like, but would have been good to have the option of a firmer pillow. The bed was very soft but difficult to sleep on. The only use issue was that the shower door didn't shut properly
