A beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment full of authentic Venetian charm, perfectly located!
9.0Beautiful location, stunning property and traditional Venetian décor that makes you feel immersed in the local culture from the moment you arrive. There are some wonderful local restaurants, charming shops and delicious gelato just a stone’s throw away. We stayed for the 40th anniversary Venice Marathon and slept like babies both before and after the race, thanks to the exceptional comfort of the accommodation! The apartment is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and so well soundproofed that we barely heard one another! Our hosts were warm, welcoming and always available to offer assistance or local recommendations. Thank you, Paolo, for helping make our stay in Venice so memorable. We would happily return!

Very comfortable apartment, great for exploring Venice on foot.
10.0The location is great for exploring Venice. Within walking distance from all restaurants, squares and about 25 min walk to the train station. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a coffee machine which is an essential for me.
