Absolutely, nothing we liked, as We ultimately had to check out early and book alternative accommodation for the same dates.

− We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, we found ants throughout multiple areas of the apartment, including the stairs, kitchen, and even inside the kettle, which raised serious hygiene concerns. There was also not enough bedding provided for 6 guests, and the existing bedding was not in an acceptable hygienic condition. In addition, the property had exposed glass walls and windows without proper curtains or coverings, which seriously affected our family’s privacy and sense of safety, especially as we were travelling with 4 children, including young girls and a 5-year-old child. We reported the issues promptly and provided photos/videos. Although the host visited, the problems were not properly resolved, and we were unable to sleep comfortably. We ultimately had to check out early and book alternative accommodation for the same dates. We spent more than two months trying to resolve this matter privately through Booking.com before deciding to leave this review. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet basic expectations for hygiene, comfort, privacy, or customer care.

Excellent and would stay again!

The property was just as described, it had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The tramline was very close by and only 3 stops to the Crucible Theatre (castle square stop) on the blue line. It was also a short straight walk along the tramline to the rear of the station. Perfect size for 4 adults, and had some extra bits in the kitchen which were helpful. Really nice peaceful new development and the beds were comfy, which was great for a nice lay in. McDonald’s was useful down the hill and we highly recommend the chippy Alberts! Kevin was great and provided great communication when needed to help make our stay enjoyable.

− Nothing to complain about it was great. Only suggestion, like others reviews would be some blinds, particularly in the bedrooms. As the house has a lot of windows. (Maybe some of them Blinds to go). But this did not impact on our nice stay.

The property is in the good location close to the town center, spaces are good for three of us, kitchen and laundry very useful, the landlord has been very helpful and good conversation with us

− Cleaners didn’t check and clean very well with the bedding, don’t think it is the landlord’s fault. I hope they can do better for others, as I didn’t feel comfortable with the situation until I found a separate one and changed it but not a big problem for me. Lovely property though.
