Good enough, once we escaped the roaches, but wouldn’t stay again.

− The first unit we were assigned had freshly dead and dying roaches everywhere (on the bed, all over the kitchen, around the perimeter of each space, even in the hall outside the unit). It was as if they sprayed shortly before we arrived. When we complained, we were moved to a new unit in a different building, which had no roaches. The condition of both units wasn’t expected to be great since they aren’t renovated, but there were a lot of stains on the upholstered furniture and places you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in some time.
