7.0Posizione molto comoda, la casa molto pulita, dotato di confort.
− Materasso un po scomodo, a nostro avviso la presenza del boiler invece che della caldaia risulta un po' scomodo per la doccia, ma nulla di grave per il resto tutto molto bene.

7.0Socevoli e alla mano i padroni di casa. Utilizzo box gratuito perche strada toppo stretta per parcheggiare.
− Affittato la casa del nonno di luca. Pulita ma superata. Letti non molto comodi. I bimbi su divano letto sconnesso.
