Una experiencia decepcionante
1.0La originalidad de alojarse en una casa flotante y las vistas al puerto. Es una pena que una idea tan bonita se vea empañada por una pésima gestión.
− Una experiencia muy decepcionante. Durante las dos noches fue imposible descansar por los continuos gritos, fiestas y consumo de alcohol de otros huéspedes hasta primeras horas de la mañana. Avisamos al alojamiento tras la primera noche y Booking nos informó de que iban a solucionarlo, pero la segunda noche volvió a repetirse exactamente la misma situación. Además, la información sobre el aparcamiento fue confusa y varios servicios anunciados no estaban disponibles Lo más grave es que, tras comunicar todas estas incidencias, el establecimiento nunca respondió a nuestra reclamación ni mostró interés por solucionar el problema. No lo recomendaría a quien busque tranquilidad y un servicio acorde con lo anunciado.

− La très mauvaise insonorisation, les toiles d’araignées, la terrasse non nettoyée, l‘impossibilité d’occulter totalement la lumière dans les chambres.
