Прекрасно местоположение! Всяка сутрин може да се събуждаш и наслаждаваш на изгрева на слънцето!А,ако искаш да поспиш ,до по късно ,просто пускаш външните щори.На разположение са и два басейна.В непосредствена близост е и до водната пързалка.Хигиената е на ниво.Има всичко необходимо за приготвянето на храна. От голямо удобство е близкият магазин- в който има приготвена храна.С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

Гарне розташування, дуже близько до пляжу. Але спотрібно враховувати, що апартаменти розташовані на пагорбі і потрібно буде спускатися та підніматися по сходах. Дуже гарний краєвид з тераси - на море, можна спостерігати, як на світанку з моря підіймається сонце. Не далеко розташований магазин з усім необхідним

− Не сподобалися голосні сусіди, які приїжджають на вихідні і дуже голосно слухають музику, незважаючі на зауваження зробити тихіше

Amplasarea e foarte ok, din numar se vede marea, o terasa spatioasa la care te poti odihni. Am apreciat si jaluzelele exterioare.

− In camere nu sunt prospoape corespunzatoare, doar citeva vechi si cam obosite, in baie este doar sapun lichid pentru miini, nici zare de sampon si gel de dus. Curatenia lasa de dorit, totul cam lipicios, in special zona de bucatarie. Parcarea cu plata 10leva per zi, altfel iti incarca masina.

There was a lock box next to the door and the code was my year of birth. There were no signs in the studio complex/building showing the way to studios 14-21 (perhaps because most or all were privately owned) but the receptionist showed us the way to our studio. Because of a force majeure, the studio owner was out of town (and hence we didn't have to pay the BGN300 cash guarantee in case of broken facilities/furniture). Adequately sized TV with a digital TV box with many TV channels where you can rewind and watch programs/shows/news that you have missed. The owner was polite and responsive, we communicated via booking.com chat as well as by phone (once). Plenty of bedsheets (however, those were synthetics and not 100% cotton/linen, so we were sweating most of the time). Nice appliances (except for the outdated microwave that didn't count down the minutes and seconds, and could not be set to an accurate warming time, say, 30-40 seconds). Sufficient basic kitchenware (bring your set of kitchen knives because there was only one, a big one).

− Adequately sized studio with a sea view suitable for two people in the beyond-sex age. There is no double bed but two electric single beds and thus two single mattresses with a gap in between - so forget about comfortable sex (if any at all). No privacy in case you come with children - it is one big room, with a separate and very narrow bathroom (with a toilet, narrow shower cabin, electric boiler, washing mashine, and sink). There is a reserved parking spot but due to the owner's absence, the parking manager was very pushy to obtain a paper proof of paid parking subscription for that particular spot. Eventually, we went to the Municipality building on the next day (luckily, it was a business day) and they made us a copy of the owner's parking subscription and notary deed (after she called the parking manager). Eventually, we had a call with the owner and parking manager over my phone's loudspeaker, and they agreed upon a better practice in future. Last but not least, there was a very nasty neighbor, the owner of studio 19 who played his music (mainly gangsta rap and chalga) VERY LOUD on his balcony turned into a living/dining room, making it hard for us to listen to TV or to our own music. Not to speak if we wanted to spend some quality outdoor time on our balcony ourselves! I talked to him once (he often invites frinends and they party noisily together), and he lowered the sound volume on that evening. But the nightmare continued on the next weekend (luckily, they were working somewhere else that week). The receptionist at the hotel was helpless as those were private owners and told us to call the Police. The owner said (via chat) that she had many useless conversations with that neighbor, and that she was decided to talk to the Prosecutor's Office. The local Police office did not pick their phone ca. 6 p.m. on a Sunday evening, while the 112 emergency operator informed us that, by Law, there was no limit to the noise levels between 14-23 h (?!
