Deceiving, dnt fall for this trap

The receptionist with the name ikhlaque ahmed was exceptional and helping . If u want to eat ,walk 10 mins outside hotel ,pass through rubbish restaurants where people are staring at u and ur family ,sitting on the road and footpath and and reach food street.

− Stayed there for 3 nights and asked for early check in and they accepted the request. Found out latter on why. As there were no other guests except us and all three nights no1 checked in. Extremely dirty, and pathetic condition of this so called hotel. There is no concept of maintainence ,room cleaning or ameneties. Even breakfast was provided from dhaba hotel outside. People outside the hotel are up all night ,fighting ,talking loudly and it seems you are staying on a street . dirty linen,old ACs,overall worst choice of my entire life. Thank God I just came in the room after all day spending outside in meetings and just came for few hours sleep.

The hotel had everything that I was looking for, from courteous staff to neat and clean rooms with minibar. I could conveniently make my own tea even late at night although the staff was also present 24 hours at the reception. I will definitely stay again. Oh and the breakfast was good with multiple options to choose from.

The hotel was a surprise for me, the booking page was new however the hotel has been around for long and the staff is trained and highly respectable. Anything I needed was either arranged or I was guided about it. The good thing is attention to small details like availability of pair of socks and other such things at the reception complimentary for the guests. Keep it up!
