I left my clothes in the washing machine. And called up but they where not handed in

− I never got my clothes back I lost in the room

Thankfull for the accomodation but didn’t feel homely good for a 2 day stay but not for a week

− Bed was uncomfortable spa had hair come out of it no washed no power points next to beds vacuum cleaner didn’t suck

Good selection. Only one breakfast.

− Safety gate from underground parking not opening during night and for a m moment my departure in Brisbane was jeopardised. Attendant came after 15 minutes and advised that it behaved like the for some time. It must be fixed

The view

− More expensive than booking through the hotel but you have to do more on departure cleaning wise. We were only supplied with 1 toilet roll for a weeks stay, the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn't say a value for money stay and I personally wouldn't book this room again

Room and location was comfortable

− There were poor instructions with no confirmation received to collect keys. When arriving at the place the staff didn't know about our booking and sent us away to figure it out ourselves. The room was not very clean and there was no simple tea and coffee to make cuppas in the morning. For the price we paid I expected it to be a lot nicer with some of these simple comforts. The lift has no instructions to which floor your room is on. The park says don't park in anyone else's spot and then when we couldn't find our park we had to come back out to reception to be told it doesn't matter where we park. Room smelt like cigarette smoke when we walked in initially. No cover on the blanket and bed was very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. The only thing we enjoyed was playing golf on the sunday and all other activities we did outside pelican waters.

We're very happy with everything. Comfortable furniture, quiet rooms, respectful guests. We enjoyed wonderful views, foods and time together away. Couldn't be happier.
