Da inferno a paradiso
9.0Appena entrata nell'appartamento sembrava tutto ok, arrivato il momento di cucinare mi sono accorta che la cucina era sprovvista di strofinacci e tovaglie, i pensili erano di uno sporco inimmaginabile (tutti appiccicosi e neri), ho provato a lavarli ma rimanevano comunque sporchi, stessa cosa per le pentole (residui di cibo incrostati che non li levavano neanche con tutto l'olio di gomito del mondo). Alla luce di tutto ciò mi sono giustamente lamentata e non mi aspettavo di trovare una così grande disponibilità a rimediare, hanno subito chiesto scusa e mi hanno offerto un cambio di appartamento e che tutta la cucina sarebbe stata rinnovata da cima a fondo. Il nuovo appartamento era a 2 min di macchina ed era decisamente molto meglio, si vedeva che era appena stato pulito, non c'era polvere in giro e la cucina era messa benissimo, così come tutto il resto. Il resto del mio soggiorno è passato in tutta tranquillità e alla fine sono stati così gentili da accordarmi un giorno in più (ho chiamato spiegandogli perché chiedessi quel giorno in più e loro sono stati disponibilissimi, in 2 minuti ho pagato il supplemento sul loro sito e non ci sono stati problemi).
