9.0This is our second stay here and we were not disappointed. The location is fabulous, free parking is a dream and the apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious, the shower is nice (last time I wrote the pressure was low but this seems to have been fixed) and you have everything you need in the kitchen for a comfortable stay. Even some pods for the nespresso machine which is appreciated for a short stay. Good communication from the hosts too. We will most likely be back as Kempten is a great place and an excellent base to explore Bavaria.
− The apartment did get quite hot so maybe a small fan could be useful for the summer months.

8.0− direkt an der Strasse etwas Laut,Trotz angeschriebenen Parkplatz Reservierung war der Parkplatz 2 mal besetz,1xmal Gast Rest. Fuchs +1xmal durch Reinigungspersonal etwas umständlich

− Angebrochene Speiseeispackung im TK-Fach Zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung oder andere eigene Sachen TV ungünstig angebracht Kein Ventilator im Sommer Kein Außenrollo, vmtl wegen Denkmalschutz. Dadurch heizt sich die Wohnung aber stark auf und lässt sich durch nachts lüften auch kaum noch abkühlen.

9.0Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants. Parkplatz direkt am Haus war ein großer Vorteil.
