10.0Beautiful and comfortable home and gardens. Location was ideal just a short walk to the shops.
Great apart the heating comment
8.0− Heating policy could be better. Heating shuttiing off at night was undesirable. Better to have the whole house heating at night and relying on the aircon and fire heating during the day.

10.0A beautiful property in a fabulous location just minutes walking distance to the centre of Sassafras. A perfect home away from home!! Highly recommend staying here!!
− Coming from Queensland we found the weather cool and couldn’t work out how to adjust the temperature to make the home feel cosy at night. The night we arrived it was fabulous but night 2, it didn’t seem to be working …but there were plenty of blankets, so only a minor issue ☺️
