1.0Unfortunately, the building was good in general, but however the property wasn’t really what I expected.
− I had a very bad experience during my stay. When I arrived, the apartment was not clean — there was dust everywhere, which is especially problematic for someone with allergies. No one was available to help, even though I reached out to the point of contact. They said they would investigate, but no real support was provided. I ended up having to clean the apartment myself, which was frustrating and unacceptable. The lift wasn’t working, and I had to carry very heavy luggage up the stairs on my own. This was especially difficult and harmful because I had just come out of surgery. It seriously affected my health and added to an already stressful situation. The apartment was also extremely noisy. The listing claimed that the balcony faced the river, but in reality, it faced busy train tracks, and the river was far in the background. The constant noise from the trains made it hard to relax or get any rest — it completely ruined the experience. Additionally, for the amount paid — £660 for just three nights — I expected much better. There were no fresh towels or basic amenities. The place felt unmaintained, with spider webs on the balcony wall and insects crawling around outside. For that price, the space should have been fresh, clean, and ready for guests, but it clearly wasn’t. To top it off, they only contacted me later that night, after I had already checked in, saying they wanted to make things better. By then, it was too late and the damage had already been done.

10.0Excellent location which is near everything you need. Easy self check in and check out. Clean apartment suitable for a small family. Amazing views with balconies in the bedroom and the kitchen.
