− Não tinha geladeira no quarto e também não era possível comprar água em nenhuma parte do hotel depois que o restaurante estava fechado.

− Baños deteriorados, estufas de calderas mal funcionamiento, aseo en habitaciones sin estándares de calidad, piscina climatizada en el interior deteriorado su entorno, en si el hotel tiene instalaciones muy viejas
