− the basement stairs could do with a gate or other safety mechanism as it's unnerving as is.

10.0Spacious, clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, well equipped, parking for 3 cars. Location was amazing, able to walk into Norwich town centre within 10 minutes Matt was also so friendly and nothing was too much trouble
