Fantastic stay
10.0Everything!!! It was perfect for us, I loved the garden, my mother in law spent her evening in one of the lounges watching her programs on tv. My husband and daughter played their switch on the other tv in the other lounge. Parking for two cars and electric car charging. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Apart from no microwave for porridge, it wasn’t an issue. Absolutely lots of space and it was spotless clean. You could do with a physical welcome pack with instructions for appliances ( we worked it out eventually) I wasn’t sure which rubbish bins external belonged to the house. A big thank you it was a fantastic week and the weather was great and the air con down stairs was great. Just one more thing , there is a shower room downstairs we couldn’t regulate the temperature so we didn’t use it. All the bedrooms are a great size, the master bedroom with on suite and dressing room is the best. We loved our stay ❤️

Superb large house for groups.
9.0Ample space and excellent facilities in a modern, fully featured house. There were 5 colleagues for our stay but the house could easily accommodate double that number. Would definitely visit again.
− Just a minor niggle of downstairs shower temperature control being flakey. Everything else was in great condition.

− There was only one en-suite and one bathroom upstairs to service five double bedrooms. It was impossible to balance the water temperature in the only other shower downstairs- it was either scalding hot or cold. We ran out of hot water for showers in the morning. There was no cutlery basket in the dishwasher. The grill racks in the cooker were dirty.

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
