10.0Beach, staff, food, spa, gym, tennis, water sports, diving, so many restaurants entertainment by the main pool but pools that were quiet.They had everything you could think of! All on the most beautiful beach!!

9.0Schön gelegene grosse Anlage. Breites Angbeot an Unterhaltung (Live Musik mit guten Bands und Sänger/innen). Schönes Ambiente der Gebäude, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Gute Restaurants für jeden kulinarschen Geschmack, italienisch, karibisch, französisch, mexikanisch, japanisch usw. Gute Speisen. Freundliches Personal. Sehr schöner Strand. Gutes Wassersport Aktivitäten das meiste kostenlos.
− Am Abend haben die Laute der Antilles-Pfeifffröschen Frösche (hohes Pfeiffen) sehr gestört. Die Liegen am Strand und Pool werden leider schon früh Morgens besetzt und bleiben über mehrere Stunden leer. Ein No go für ein 5 Stern Hotel.

− Stafff were rude unless you tip before the service No wifi in the room Slow drinks service at the pool - would only serve people that paid a tip/people they knew Turned up to do the free watersports advertised, and there was nothing on offer, snorkelling trip cancelled and they didn’t have any windsurfs. Didn’t use premium spirits in drinks Special treatment only to members of sandals or in club level, everyone else treated poorly
