− Péssima manutenção de portas e janelas, box quebrado, sofá sem espuma, segurança (porta da sacada que dá acesso à marquise da rua não tranca), cheiro de esgoto pelos ralos, falta de talheres (fornecido após pedido), toalhas de banho de péssima qualidade
