Overall enjoyed most of the things we did and explored
7.0I loved the secluded area and the Mountain View’s were beautiful overall loved the layout of the cabin
− The water was awful and stinky family did not want to cook with it but we still had to shower
Would not stay here again was not what we expected or what was advertised.
7.0We did enjoy the hot tub and the children enjoy the arcade machine
− The cabin was not ready when we arrive. It was suppose to been ready at 4 and wasn't ready till almost 5. The refrigerator didn't work upon arrival but the host help troubleshoot the issue. The sheets on the beds were sour and we had to change out. The beds were not comfortable and not enough pillows or towels . The swimming pool you have to get into your car and drive too ,it is not a close walk. The fooseball didn't have a ball to play and the air hockey machine was broken. To get to main part of pigeon forge where all the restaurants shops etc it was over 25 min drive one way.

10.0Location to everything
Spacious cabin with mountain living issues
5.0Nice place with big open windows to look outside at the trees and things to see outside. AC worked well. It was not close to other homes. We enjoyed eating dinner in the screened porch on one of the cooler days. Lots of beds and places to sit and relax.
− The water SMELLED awful! Sulfur or something rotten. It was both the cold and hot water. I let the contact person know and they said they would have the handyman look at it. Kerug machine did not work. Cold coffee. Twin beds and Full bunk Beds were made with just bottom sheets and blankets that were musty and smelly. When I let contact person know they sent someone with king sized sheet sets that don’t even go in the beds that were the problem. There was something running up and down the tongue and groove ceiling inside the walls in the front room squeaking and scurrying like mice. There were droppings in the upstairs closet with traps and other pest control items in the outlets. I think the owner must know this and it is likely to be expected in the mountains. It’s just not pleasant and was a bit worried about leaving any food on the counter or our suitcases out in the rooms. That and little (maybe centipedes) a small oily caterpillar like critter. Several of those encountered in most of the rooms. Master bathroom had shower curtain that was way too long and had to be bunched up in the floor during the shower and there are no towel racks or hangers to put your towel. Or shelf for your soap or shampoo. Only Two showers for all that house. At least there was 5 toilets.

8.0We liked that we all could be in the house together but separated when needing some space. We liked the amenities that were on the property. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the porch and eat a meal together while listening to nature. We enjoyed the seclusion of being up in the woods away from the busyness.
− We didn't like the smell of the water from the faucets. We thought it might go away but it never did. We wished it had more towel racks or hooks to hang items in the bathrooms. Also some type of a hook would have been nice in the bedrooms to hang some clothes. We couldn't get the Keurig machine to work and there was no ball to play foosball. There was a dishwasher load of dirty dishes when we arrived. And maybe I misunderstood but we thought there were three full baths not two. I thought the area around the hot tub could have been a lot cleaner. There were a lot of pieces of cut wood and some nails and trash out there.
We were called at 3:10pm (checkin at 4) to be told the people before us trashed the place. It all started off on the wro
2.0The location was close and convenient to Pigeon Forge. The cabin had great potential with lots of space and rooms.
− Needed a deep cleaning, and some TLC. Pollen and dust filled deck which had large table that we planned on using to seat the 9 of us, was filthy. No way it had been wiped in weeks. Hot tub was not able to be used, was also filthy. Grayish brown water and had to be emptied and refilled by us, in hopes we could use it but it didn’t reheat in time before we had to check out. Torn shower curtain downstairs, water was going everywhere as people showered. Only 2 showers in the entire place that sleeps 14.
