Fantastic caravan
10.0Very comfortable clean caravan. Well positioned o. Site within easy reach of everything.
− The site charges to go into pub . I know it covers all the other entertainment but unfair you need a card to get onto pub that costs 90 pounds.
We stayed for 3-nights. Near to all amenities, club house, beach etc. We all enjoyed ourselves.
8.0Host was helpful and a lovely lady came to ask us how everything was. Very welcoming caravan with everything you could need, including teabags, coffee etc.
− Caravan was smaller than any previously stayed at Selsea and, as we were lucky to have very warm days, it was very hot in the caravan. A fan would have helped. There were 3 of us and we found it quite small for us. A good place to stay for a couple.

9.0We were hesitant about the site being very child friendly. we tried to avoid sites like seal bay sands, although it was very quiet Monday to Friday, but the weekends were lively with children enjoying themselves. No problem with that.
− We were not keen on the barrier going up and down on entering and leaving the site
Caravan was clean, tidy and good value for money.
