4.0Dirty windows , inside & out. Dirty marks on the oven door. Floor needed sweeping. There were no towels or bath mat on arrival. Luckily I brought my own hand towel & beach towel which we both shared. After leaving the property I got a message from the owner staying that her cleaner had reported that the towels & bath mat were missing !!! She needs a new cleaner , one that remembers to leave towels and actually clean the place properly!! After replying to the message stating that we didn't have towels on arrival I still haven't had a reply or apology!!

6.0− The key was not secured in the box. There was a lot of mud around the parking area. There was a security alarm going off for 3 day and the outdoor lighting wasn’t great.
