Disappointing, concerns re musty smell.
1.0Location ok
− Musty smell in the building, raised issue with owner who denied there was a problem. Garden area unkempt with building and farm materials strewn around..Floors appeared clean but paint spattered with emulsion. The building is spacious. My wife had recently had sinus surgery and we didn't feel able to stay there. Eventually after some wrangling received a partial refund and left. Having to abandon our holiday as we could find nowhere to book. Contact with Booking.com customer services unhelpful and they seem intent on burying these issues. Have so far refused to pay the balance of the booking back.. Very disappointing and we will be loth to use Booking.com again.

9.0Interesting, rustic property, great location, lots of space. Ideal for coast path walking. Excellent pub with great food, within walking distance. Host was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

− We like a good shower there is a bath, didn’t notice when we booked. A freezer and microwave would also be good.
Lovely and spacious
10.0Loved the personality coming through in the studio, the spaciousness was excellent as we had been in small accommodation previously. Very personalised service by Shaun.
− Our GPS kept sending us to the wrong location even though we had typed it in exactly. But we contacted shaun and he personally came to escort us to the studio.
