− Old, dirty, pictures on booking.com did not match the reality! Holes in doors double bed broken , shower ran for 2 minutes then went off, kitchen filthy kitchen wear old and stained towels discoloured bath mat stained bedding mismatched wrinkled discoloured, no lamps, nowhere to sit outside, fridge door broken, freezer unusable completely frozen inside! Dining chairs feels like you will fall through them, dining table warped had to use the sofa cushions on the bed as bed ones where completely flat. And yet lists of rules stuck on the wall with brown packing tape about not wearing shoes, no food or drink in bedroom areas, you need to pay £150.00 damages deposit. The site itself has friendly staff but just to use the pool twice with passes you have to buy cost £15 per adult £10 per child and if you think you will have a nice family meal in the restaurant/bar area be prepared to be surrounded by what seems auditions for a new series of shamless.

The location of the property was easily accessible The property’s spacious area was really good to move about and for the kids to play around.

− The chairs were very risky to sit on as they were shaky and very uncomfortable to sit instead of sitting on the chairs we sat on the round stools. Rest everything was good

Great value caravan for families on a great fun filled site

The owner was incredibly helpful and kind despite me making a mistake during the initial booking process. Went out of her way to ensure the stay went smoothly as possible and communication was excellent. Even helped with directions upon arrival. Site had lots to offer and was a great family location. Even included WiFi which was a wonderful bonus for us.

− Activities on site needed to be booked in advance which I wasn't aware of but not at all the owners fault. Would definitely be more organised on our next visit. :)
