− Check-in detaylarının ve odaya ulaşımım tarif edildiği e-posta daha karışık ve anlaşılmaz olamazdı. Aslında çok basit bir ulaşımı varken karmakarışık bir hale getirilmiş. Odayı 15dk arayıp bulamadık. Sonra bir görevliye denk geldik, o yönlendirdi. Aslında kolaymış. Çok kötü bir anlatımdı. Daha önce flat manager odasında kamıştık yine grand monastry’de, resimlerle görselleştirmiş gayet anlaşılırdı. Ayrıca yine flat manager öncesinde ge konaklamamız sırasında, çıkış yaptıktan sonra da çok ilgiliydi, bu konaklamama sahibi de ilgilense iyi olurdu
