6.0Quirky. Clean. Everything you needed
− The train running right by the house until 23.20hrs and starting again at 5.30 hrs. The semi detached house neighbour . Walls so thin that heard them speaking in their bedroom and when they walked around their noisy floorboards sounded as if they were in the room with you unfortunately. Not the best sleep during stay .

7.0The house was immaculately clean and well presented. We enjoyed the quirky decor. Beds were very comfortable, and the large, fluffy towels were a delight! Central location in Broughty Ferry.
− The traffic noise from the road and noise and vibration from passing trains on the neighbouring railway line. There are more trains to and from Aberdeen than I had anticipated!

− Would have preferred a bit more garden furniture and actual plants but it was a nice secluded garden.Shame not to be able to utilise it more.
