Excellent new property, well maintained, well equipped, amazing sunset view and great for family getaway! Would definite
9.0The property was new, very clean with an amazing sunset view. We loved the backyard with the jacuzzi. The kitchen was also really well equipped and there’s a barbecue grill, though we didn’t use it.
− There’s only one toilet and the shower was open design with no door which made the floor quite wet. Also would’ve been good to have a drying machine.

10.0Great location and view of the Mornington and mt Martha area. Bedding was good, access was fine albeit they were building a new house next door so busy. Good access to restaurants and the beach.

10.0This property is absolutely beautiful and in a great location with incredible views. Lively properties were super easy to get in touch with and all information needed was really clear and easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend staying here it is stunning!
