10.0We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and eat on the quiet balcony. Basic but comfortable room. Lovely family live downstairs and are very helpful. Really good location. A short walk to the main crossroads in Benaulim. A bike ride or walk to the quiet and gorgeous beach 'Sernabatim'.
− There is a guard dog in the evenings, requiring a phone call to control it before entering.
