− No working shower no towels 10 ppl living in one room downstairs old HMO smack heads in and out all night stinks ov mold as well as moving me from the place online to a smack house with ppl living here like it there house more money that it worth 👍 I will never recommend this place to no one please do never book this place not even 10 pound a night worth it

2.0No TV, no kettle tea or coffee in room very basic. Near to Burnley town walking distance. Was told to find key to room in drawers in kitchen from owners It was only another guest who happened to be there told me the key was in the bedroom door after iI couldn't find it.
− No TV... when I messaged the owner they said it didn't advertise that there was one. I thought TV and kettle, tea and coffee were pretty standard today. Obviously not. I was only there overnight. I suggest if you want TV, radio, entrainment bring laptop the property has access to WiFi which the owner set me immediately when I requested password.
