7.0Good place. Quiet. Dated but in good shape. No reason for update in my mind. Very clean.
− Price was misleading. Listed at $150 dollars, but with taxes and fees more than doubled to $333.50. You don't find that out until the very end of the booking process of course. Leadville was booked and I needed a room so had to commit. Taxes I get. But then there's a 39 dollar service fee (what there's no profit in the rental?) and a $125 cleaning fee. Call me skeptical that the full $125 goes to the cleaning people... who did a nice job cleaning BTW.
