The outdoor space is a masterpiece, featuring a beautifully tiled, circular hot water pool and soothing fountains set amidst a lush garden of dragon trees and succulents. We were enchanted by the artistic details, particularly the unique green and white chevron tiles on the stairs and the intricate stone paving patterns throughout the terraces. The panoramic ocean views are breathtaking, especially at sunset, making the private terrace with its comfortable seating and geometric pergola the perfect place to unwind.

Great house but cold in winter and lacking some facilities

Stunning location with paradise garden. Perfect for do owners because the property was completely fenced, which was so relaxing and wonderful.

− The house wasn't equipped like I'd expect for that price. We were helped out my our host who brought us what we could. The fireplace didn't work properly and we had to but our own wood and firestarters. The hosts really tried to coach us through using it but we are strongly suspecting the chimney wasn't open/cleaned, because whatever we did, we smoked out the living room which led to some unhealty situations and us giving up the fireplace al together. Lastly, and this isn't the fault of the property but good to know: because it was January/La Palma winter, we hardly enjoyed the garden and had to drive over an hour everyday to get somewhere sunny. I hate to sound negative, I think this is a fantastic choice if you have the budget and book in a sunnier month, there is lots of help available if something is lacking, which feels great.

Beautiful house and garden with a view. We loved our stay and the house was even prettier in person

− Only recommendation would be that the staff place a pending charge for the deposit on the card used to pay for the accomodation. We ended up having to get cash out for the deposit and the bank transfer of the deposit back took a large fee so we ended up being out of pocket quite a lot despite no damage. All other accomodation has placed a pending charge on our credit card that was cancelled immediately following our stay for which no fees were charged

Unglaublich schöner Außenbereich der so sicher einmalig ist. Die Ausstattung generell und insbesondere in der Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Manche Rezension lauten, man bräuchte einen SUV, das stimmt nicht, wenn man die Zufahrt die der Gastgeber beschreibt, verwendet, hat man mit jedem normalen Auto überhaupt keine Probleme.

− Leider steht sehr tief in den Richtlinien zu der Unterkunft versteckt, dass EUR 300 Kaution hinterlegt werden müssen, was auf Booking sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Das hätte uns sonst sicher abgeschreckt bei der Buchung, wir haben es erst kurz vor Ankunft erfahren und auch im Nachgang die volle Kaution zurück erhalten.

Le séjour était agréable mais sans possibilité de profiter de la piscine.

Le jardin et ses terrasses, le piano. Équipements de cuisine. La disponibilité du propriétaire en cas de question.

− Nous avions choisi cette maison car la piscine était chauffée, mais nous avons appris sur place que c’était un chauffage solaire qui ne pouvait pas chauffer suffisamment les jours où nous étions présents - nous n’avons donc pas pu utiliser le bassin. La bouteille de gaz du barbecue était presque vide à notre arrivée, nous avons dû utiliser celle de la cuisine. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment demandé d’aller en acheter une autre si nous en avions besoin. Les fenêtres côté sud du salon n’étaient pas étanches, nous avons dû passer la serpillière à plusieurs reprises. Nous avons appris qu’une franchise de 300€ en cash était nécessaire pour notre arrivée. C’est la première fois qu’on me demande cela, et pourtant j’ai déjà loué des maisons de plus grandes valeurs.

The garden, the fountains, the decoration, the interiors all in wood. The quality of the furniture, the kitchen equipment, the view... everything was idilic, out of a movie scene. Really recommended. Tina was welcoming and flexible.

− The only thing I could point out is the amount of worms that were outside and inside the house. Quite disturbing, but I believe it is a seasonal thing only for the period in which I went.
