Estuvimos muy a gusto y el staff muy cordial y atento.

− No es una zona muy cambiable, Queda un poco lejos de restaurantes y cafés.

7.0El lugar en la ubicación está bien de acuerdo a lo que yo requería. El internet fue bueno, nunca falló y tuvo señal continua. El lugar estuvo limpio y de buen gusto con el color y el orden. El sillón de la sala es muy cómodo y agradable. El lugar es bonito.
− Pésima atención de la persona que administra, parecía ser la dueña o socia, o administradora. Se llama Mayra, y la identifican como la dra. Mayra. poco amable, poco atenta y muy irresponsable con el respeto a la atención del tiempo. Llegó tarde para el acceso y ni se disculpó, nunca atendió para poder entregarle la llave, hubo que esperar nuevamente hasta que una persona de la limpieza, llegara y atendiera, es pésimo el servicio, si uno viaja con tiempos comprometidos, es pésima opción hospedarse en este lugar. La plancha que me facilitó, rota, apenas calentaba, más de 35 minutos para planchar dos prendas, el agua se derramaba por todos lados, fatal. No hay desayunos y acordar un desayuno, es tardadísimo y es para después de las 9am. en el área de comedor, ni accesorios para preparar un desayuno, ni un frigobar para resguar algún alimento frío. Es muy lamentable que un departamento que ofrece ciertas condiciones óptimas por la fatídica atención de quien lo administra, reste punto y no sea una opción para personas que requerimos una atención con mayor enfoque.

4.0El lugar se veía limpio y seguro. Buena ubicación.
− El baño no tenía asiento porque los inquilinos anteriores lo rompieron. Al principio, se negaron a ofrecer una solución, una compensación u otra habitación. Finalmente, se tuvo que insistir para que, al final, se ofreciera otra habitación.
Ubicacion, limpieza, lugar confortable, muy bonita vista.

10.0El trato del personal y las instalaciones. Su vista desde el piso 21.
− Que no es en realidad un hotel, Laviu no tiene letreros a la calle (es un bed and breakfast que está ubicado en una torre residencial). Algo que no se menciona en la App. No tiene clima.
