− First of all they advertise the room with balcony and the charges was higher than the normal room. There is no balcony in any room of this hotel. And they are charging extra amount for that purpose. This is the scam of this hotel. Second thing they are not cleaning the room and toilets at all. Furniture’s are very old and curtains are not cleaned and torn. I found web on the room. Sofa was untidy.
