10.0La decoració de la casa, l'entorn tranquil, l'amplitud de totes les habitacions, les vistes, l'atenció rebuda pels propietaris ha estat també excelent.
− En general no tenim cap queixa. Però com a crítica constructiva potser caldria oferir a una de les habitacions de la planta baixa un altre punt de calor, ja que l'aire calent no és suficient per escalfar-la. Independentment tornaria a llogar-la.

− En invierno en las habitaciones de la parte baja y en el aseo ducha de esta zona, a pesar de disponer de calefacción, no se conseguía una adecuada temperatura de confort.
