The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a nice place to stay.

− However, the experience with the host was less positive. I reached out twice for assistance with an issue and I was told she was working and unavailable, with a promise to send someone else instead. While I understand being busy, this made communication feel impersonal. If you’re unable to assist guests when they reach out, it would be better to ensure that there is another person available to take the guests calls. Reliable and direct communication is an important part of the overall experience.
