Nice tidy place close to town

− Bin were overflowing and I was asked to put them out 2 air conditioning did not work.

− poor communication regarding a need to alter dates due to a death in the family cobwebs and spiders general lack of cleanliness bathroom lacked shower screen or curtain leaving floor wet and hazardous bathroom door was difficult to shut, lounge blinds could not be fully closed, bedroom blinds seemed to be off track most of the kitchen cutlery seems to have gone missing meaning dishes needed to be washed by hand in order to be reused

− being close to police station and sirens going off during the night, the mattress and pillows where extremely hard
No hot water. Owner offered to reimburse us part of cost but did not do so .
