8.0Really nice decor. Hot tub fab. 5 mins drive from Garstang which is a lovely village.
− Wifi was rubbish and kept dropping a lot but was same in Garstang so not sure if an area issue. Table and chairs outside not comfortable and unsteady. Everything else was fab. Those 2 things would make a massive difference and I would have given 10 if those were addressed. There is a lovely pool table but cues didnt have tips on and cloth ripped a bit

It was very cozy and welcoming at the coach house
10.0The property was beautiful, very nicely decorated and felt very cozy, me, my partner and a couple friends stayed and it was so worth it for a long weekend. The host was lovely when we needed help with the key code. 10/10 would stay again. The hot tub was a nice little add on as well as the games in the bottom drawer of the living room.
− The property was a little hard to find at first and we did need assistance from the host to see where it was but other than that, it was fine once we found it
