Host was very responsive and it was a great value.
9.0It had everything we need for a family stay.
− The king bed in one of the bedrooms was very large and there was little space to move around it.

6.0We liked the area. Beds were comfy. Great TV options.
− Lack of electrical outlets. Furniture in bedrooms doesn’t leave much room to move around. It was listed as a single home but is actually a duplex.
Our stay while.short was very comfortable
7.0Location was good. The unit was clean and tidy.
− Ice maker was frozen over and unusable during out stay

Bad
1.0− left my clothes in the dryer and when I tried to tell to retrieve them they told me I left nothing 😒 . I traveled from Ohio . I know what I bought w me and what I didn’t take home .
A very enjoyable stay with hiccups…..
7.0The beds were really comfortable, the sofa great to lounge on for watching tv. The overall property interior has the makings of an excellent place to stay in the Denver area. We were there for a concert at the Ball Arena, and its an easy drive straight in/out. Maybe as it is a new property to let it needs fine tuning, as the bad offsets the good. The bad are not major issues, but it deflects from how good this could be. A lot of potential.
− First impressions are hard to pass on if they are not good. Piles of trash lay strewn across the lawn; a broken unusable chair by the front door; dilapidated items in the small back yard; albeit autumn - but leaves piled everywhere and gutters full. Communication with the hosts was slow as they were out of town. Due to a change of plans (car mechanical - cancelled plans!) we arrived 40 mins early from the 3pm checkin, and as it is a keypad combination we messaged the hosts politely asking due to circumstances could we enter earlier. 45 mins later they answered and said yes… however that made no difference then as that was 305pm! Once inside, it was well presented and very clean. However, it was short of little things. Only 2 coat hangers between 2 bedroom wardrobes; no hairdryer - but eventually discovered under a pillow on the top shelf at the back of a closet; a broken edge to the red sofa footstool meant you sank down on it if you were not aware. Most kitchen items present (we did not use most things as we ate out both nights… just coffee cups really) but a shortage of basics. The dishwasher seemed broken (unable to close the door) until we worked out that the rear water fan goes vertical and had separated from its mount… stopping the door closing. We wont even go into the Police presence outside as that was hopefully a one off, but in texting the owners about our arrival and the missing hairdryer we mentioned the police… and they ignored us - more interested in the missing hairdryer (which to their credit they offered to reimburse us if we had to go out and buy one). So… yes we recommend staying as potentially this is a well converted property, very comfortable, with (if correctly supplied) everything you need to enjoy a stay in the Denver area. Had more attention been made to the house exterior, we would have marked 9’s and 10’s. But first impressions count, and these small things add up. Sort them all out and you have a great property and very comfortable stay
