Pool is not heated
3.0Advertised a heated pool. Pool was not heated. When I complained I was told the condo assn owned this problem, not the owner or the listing group. I would not have rented this joint if I had known the pool wasn't heated. If you eat anything at the unit don't worry if you miss a crumb when cleaning up. There will be an ant army there by morning to carry the crumb away for you.

It was pleasurable, quiet and comfortable.
8.0Location was good. Near to restaurants, stores. Although you would need a car. Right on the beach. The studio was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. Pool was good. Had chairs and umbrellas.
− For the price point, it was great. Could use some t-towels and kitchen cloths to clean up counters ect. Other than that, it was very comfortable.
