− We have booked 2 rooms and one of the room has not bed. Horrible. There was blood on the duvet.
Bad
1.0The main room light was broken so the living room / bedroom light was unusable. Also very dangerous as it meant you trip over in the dark at night. Impossible to sta there at night / in the evenings so forced to go out for dinner every evening. I alerted the host right away, sent videos etc and they only wanted to come and survey the issue ON THE LAST DAY I WAS THERE, at a time that I was tied up with the conference. They offered a replacement room on the last day too. And said they would provide a rebate / discount, which they haven't despite many chaseups at my end.

Do not stay here!
1.0It looks nothing like the photos, as a mater of fact they moved me. To the lower apartment as that one was filled, these pictures are not of the apartment and are enhanced.
− The lock into the apartment was broke. I tried to contact to change but they said they had all gone home. I could not stay in the apartment as I have a 12 year old daughter and was conserved for leaving baggage or her, so I went and booked a hotel. You could push the door open.
You should say to the clients that it is very, very noisy and I and we can't sleep inside
4.0Inside it is very nice clean apartment
− The apartment is nice inside - but when the neighbors upstairs and downstairs constantly open and close their doors - it’s very very noisy and not comfortable ! I believe that the owners should definitely warn clients that this apartment is very noisy day and night and it is impossible to sleep due to the loud noise that occurs at the main entrance and from other neighbors! I paid 530 € for three days in this apartment!
